Shoremen defeat Midview- Besaw led the way

The Avon Lake Shoremen secured their first victory of the season with a 52-40 victory over Midview on Friday night. Liam Besaw led the scoring charge with 17 points, while Ezra Jones contributed 9 points, and Jacob Cooke added 8. The team's next game will be at home on Tuesday, December 16th, against Amherst, where the Varsity Girls and Boys teams will both play in a Coaches against Cancer event to raise awareness and money for the fight against cancer.
