Shoregals Shine at Inaugural Cobos Classic

The Avon Lake Shoregals wrestling team kicked off their season with many strong performances at the first-ever Girls Cobos Classic, ultimately placing an impressive 4th out of 31 teams. Several individuals made the podium for the Shoregals: at 100 lbs., Cabot secured 2nd place; at 105 lbs., Jordan took 3rd place; Craig earned 2nd place at 125 lbs.; Post claimed 3rd place at 140 lbs.; and Martin finished strong in 6th place at 145 lbs. Congratulations to the Shoregals on their immediate success and excellent start to the season!

The girls will hit the mats again on Thursday, when they will travel to Midview.
