The Avon Lake Shoregals Lacrosse team kicked off their season in winning fashion, securing a hard-fought 11-8 victory against Notre-Dame Cathedral Latin. Senior Kendall Holley set the tone for the season with a dominant performance, finding the back of the net four times to lead the Shoregals' offensive attack. The varsity win capped off a perfect night for the program, as the JV squad also walked away victorious earlier in the evening. With a 1-0 start under their belts, the Shoregals will look to keep the momentum going as they travel to face Walsh-Jesuit this Saturday.
