The Avon Lake Shoremen and Shoregals bowling teams delivered a commanding performance at Park Lanes in Amherst by defeating Fairview. The varsity boys broke a team record with a team series of 2653. Senior Jeffrey Toth led the team with a 492 (238,254) series. Freshman Cooper Poling was right behind him with a 491 (268,223) series. The Varsity Boys team improved to 4-0. The shorthanded girls' team won 858-852. Emily Ratzel led the girls with a 337 (181,156) series. Hailey Spears chipped in with a high game of 166 as well. The Var girls' team record is improved to 1-3. The JV boys team was defeated by Fairview with a team score of 1395. Senior Andrew Rollins led the team with a 321 series. The JV Boys team improved to 3-1 on the season.
