Lindsay Revmatas shust down Westlake Demons, throwing a complete game shutout and leading Shoregals to a 10-0 victory on Wednesday.
The Shoregals was boosted by Mallory McClellan who went 4-for-4 at the plate. McClellan singled in the first, singled in the second, tripled in the third, and doubled in the fifth.
In the first inning, Shoregals got their offense started when McClellan singled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.
A single by M Rego in the second inning was positive for Westlake Demons.
Revmatas was the winning pitcher for the Shoregals. The righty went five innings, allowing zero runs on five hits and striking out seven.
S Schons took the loss for Westlake Demons. Schons went two and two-thirds innings, allowing eight runs on 13 hits and walking one.
Shoregals launched one home run on the day. Kiley Boutin put one out in the first inning.
Shoregals totaled 15 hits. McClellan, Madalyn Thomas, Boutin, Allison Peachman, Revmatas, and Kaylee Kuwalu all managed multiple hits for Shoregals. McClellan went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Shoregals in hits.
Rego led Westlake Demons with two hits in two at-bats.
